Dear Prospects and Clients:

Allow me to welcome you to the XtremeHomes website. Our daily goal is to challenge the way things are done and improve them.  This means both here at XtremeHomes, in our community and within the industry.  Our company goal is to lead the industry in green building technologies and techniques while providing products that fit the financial requirements for people at various stages of life.

At XtremeHomes, members of the management do more than talk green, they live green.  I personally constructed an all green 100% solar and wind powered off-grid house that qualifies for LEED Gold status.  During construction we utilized materials such as recycled steel studs for the interior walls, Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for exterior walls, no VOC adhesives and caulks, indoor air quality systems, LED lights, a 95% efficient boiler for radiant heat and domestic hot water with solar hot water augmentation and many other green and energy saving features.  

My hopes are that you we have provided you a site that is easy to navigate and have provided you with the information that will help you to become an XtremeHomes client.

As you read through our site, you will find that XtremeHomes strives every day to change the way that you think about housing.  We strive to operate with four primary business goals.
  • First, we are environmentally focused.  This means that every house we build has a reduced carbon footprint compared to standard stick-built construction.  By doing our part, we are helping provide a better place to live.

  • Second, we are focused on providing a safe and productive workplace for our employees.  We strive daily to provide an environment where employees love to work.  When employees love what they are doing, they produce a better product.
  • Third, we believe that building an environmentally friendly (green), durable, low maintenance house does not have to be priced higher.  A recent AIA (American Institute of Architects) survey revealed that 91% of registered voters said that they would be willing to pay  more for a house that would use less energy and protect the Earth.  Using the off-site built approach, we are able to offer you more house without the higher price tag. 
  • Last, but certainly not least, our goal is to provide products to our clients that focuses on design and high-lights the benefits of building off-site.
Each and every day, our management team and I realize that we have a huge responsibility to guide the company to meet the aforementioned goals.  However, with a committed focus on these goals, we will continue to provide a product that has higher value proposition one house at a time.
