XtremeHomes understands that a house is as unique as the individual building it.  This is the reason that we do not try to place you in a house that looks like the one next door.  If you are looking for a starting point, we do have two series of homes to start from.  Our Neighborhood and Signature Series.  We also have multiple modular-focused architects that we work with that also have starting points.

If you really want a unique design that totally defines the way that you live, then you can work with our talented staff architects or we can introduce you to one of our architectural partners that has a focus on your design style whether it be Modern, French Country, Bungalow, Alpine, South Western, etc.

The next step of the design process is pairing you up with a member of our Interior Design staff.  They can guide you through the ever-changing myriad of products on the market today.  If you want a simple yet functional Master Bath - no problem; or if you want to have a Master Bath that reminds you of your favorite SPA, we can design that also.  Our team will work with you in every part of the interior making your house just right for your lifestyle.  While we do have strategic suppliers, we also work with just about any supplier imaginable.  So if you saw something that you just have to have in your house, we can usually make it happen.

Every house that we create starts with the basic building blocks of quality, green and energy efficient.  XtremeHomes pioneered constructing off-site built houses with Structural Integrated Panels (SIPs) for roofs and walls, no VOC paints, caulks and adhesives, radiant barrier roof decking, tankless water heaters, PEX plumbing systems, and many other green and energy saving features.  Other companies are beginning to follow suit, but as it has been said, "imitation is the best form of flattery."  

One of the most comforting parts about purchasing a house from XtremeHomes, is that you know the exact cost of the home before you ever place an order.  Every project is assigned to a dedicated Client Services Manager that has a degree in Construction Management.  Your Client Services Manager guides you through the entire process just like a Sherpa guides mountain climbers.  Every project has its own portal (Town Centre) a place where the project can be tracked and the entire team can communicate.  While we cannot control the site costs, our approach and technologies help to control the entire project which stabilizes overall project costs.
